I am constantly surprised as to how quick things move on and the amount of information that is available to those who can use the technology effectively.
Yesterday I read a tweet from Richard Branson who is stating that we need to encourage the entreprenuer. In view of the age of the property market and the entrenched position that stakeholders take this appears to me to be the best opportunity to make use of the opportunities to improve the customers experience and the end product be it the information provided or the end product.
I have many ideas to deal with the various problems associated with the Home Buying/selling experience and believe that the Public are entitled to excellence rather than second best.
The pressure on fees is not encouraging future investment but now is a fabulous opportunity while the market is flat to spend time on building the new infrastructure that is vital to change how we deal with property(Chains and delay)and force stakeholders whoever they may be (Agents.Brokers, Lawyers Surveyors Banks and software providers)to co-operate and produce a world class service second to none where the UK once again is a trend setterchanging the way people think.
