Two days on twitter and I’ve broken it. Well I am a specialist property lawyer not an IT expert.Any ideas anyone as to what I have done or not done.

Following on from my earlier post- guess what? Completion delayed-waiting on monies to arrive from the bottom of the chain. Only 2 Hrs left to get it done or be in breach of contract. Just as well extended latest time for completion on the purchase contract until 1.30pm and buyer is in breach from 1pm. Expect it will all go through before lunch and the customers will be delighted.
The joys of Completion days for the Customer! Well onto the next thing while we wait-send out a draft contract and reply to some enquiries. Never a dull moment for me
