How well do you serve them?

How much does it cost you to obtain them?

Are you really providing what they are expecting from you?

Do you really know your client?

Are they the client that you really want or need?

Are they just a nuisance?

Do you have a positive approach to comments and or complaints from your clients?

Are you just in it for the cash returns or do you really want a Business?

Are you providing a service or just access to a process?
